Embarking on a mission to empower and unite women in healthcare, our story begins with the vision to bring together a diverse group of professionals - from scientists and start-up owners, health service providers, to marketers and managers. Together, we must work towards a common goal of supporting and uplifting one another.

FOUNDER.

Women in Healthcare - Benelux was founded by Osnat Peled, a dedicated and passionate entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the business world.

Osnat is a former Israeli, who after spending 16 successful years managing her business and philanthropic endeavors in Romania, made the decision to relocate to the Netherlands in 2020.

Osnat currently serves as the Managing Partner at EVO MCBA, a multinational social media tech/digital marketing company specializing in the Medical and dental domain, and as the board member at Mentor Capital Holdings BV. As part of her philanthropic work, Osnat is the president & founder of Business Women Forum Romania (bwfr.org), the largest women's organization in Romania, having more than 8,800 registered members.

Her extensive financial knowledge, combined with an international network of financiers and investors, and a practical approach to business management, along with her wide experience working with medical and dental companies, led her to recognize the untapped potential of talented women in the healthcare industry. This realization inspired her to launch Women in Healthcare - Benelux, an organization dedicated to empowering women in any management position, including entrepreneurs and business owners, to increase their business activity, promote themselves, and expand their network.
